All the instruments originate in Japan and have been restored by highly skilled and fully qualified Yamaha craftsmen at the Kagegawa based Yamaha Piano Service facilities.

This preparation, carried out to the highest standards, includes casework and cabinet as well as all aspects of the mechanical and internal components. Only the very best used Yamaha pianos have been selected for the programme and some of Yamaha's most experienced piano technicians and craftsmen have been deployed to the refurbishment programme.

For added customer confidence and security all ‘Approved Used’ pianos are supplied with a Yamaha warranty and an official ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ specific to each instrument.
